Added a set of tesla Armor and tools which can be obtained via Tesla ore which only generates from y level 10-13.  Also added 3 mobs 1 spawns with full Tesla armor, while the other has a bow.  Added Tesla apple which can be crafted with an apple surrounded by Tesla Blocks.  Also removed Tesla Dimension, structure, liquid, and natural generation of Tesla block.
