-Fixed ores not spawning

-Added previews of custom tool tier effects:

   -Electrum charges to do bonus damage and set mobs on fire (ALPHA)

   -Silver damages undead more

   -Lead withers enemies

 

V1.0.1 changes:

   -Added the crusher (No recipe yet) to Pulverize ore and ingots

   -Can be used for ore doubling ^

   -Can smelt pulverized ore into ingots and pulverized ore can be crafted into alloys.
