TerraMisc for TFC+

With this version I ported the recipes that required boiling water to work with TFC+ large vessels over firepits. This enables making soymilk and tallow candles again.

Soy milk isn't quite where I want it to be yet because it can currently only be filled into water bottles. So if you want to make cheese from soy milk you'll have to currently go through the hassle of transferring 36 bottles of it into a barrel and combine that with vinegar. Eventually I'll probably make it bucketable but also require additional steps to make the soy paste to compensate for it.

With this update I also changed the vanilla quiver recipe to output TFCM quivers instead, they're basically exactly the same as TFC quivers but also support the TerraMisc arrows and bolts. The only downside right now is that you can't shift + left-click them onto the back but that will hopefully be fixed in a future TFC+ update (Dunk mentioned he'll adjust the code to make this possible).

You can also craft back and forth between vannila TFC & TFCM quivers by crafting the quiver by itself but beware because the content won't carry over! So always empty your quiver before you switch it.

Aside from that I also did quite a bit of refactoring, bugfixing & optimizing behind the scenes.
