NB: this update changes some IDs (see below)! While they should properly remap without any loss of data, I still recommend that you backup your world before updating, just in case.

Added Cactus flowers that grow on top of some cacti

Added the ability to shear cacti for cactus needles. These will be used as blowpipe ammo (not yet implemented)

Added Small cacti to deserts

Added Sage and Oleander to savannas (oleander texture is subject to change)
