Tweaks to bear traps to make them more configurable:

-Added new damage source of type "bear_trap" which is dealt by the traps.

-Added new config option for bear traps: "Fixed Damage Amount". If a value greater than 0 is entered here, the bear traps will deal that many points of damage instead of the health cut fraction.

Small "fix" for rope and hook javelins:

-When attached to an entity, the javelin will disconnect once you've gotten a certain distance from it (32 blocks for rope javelins and 64 for hook javelins).

-This makes it harder to launch entities to space, but don't worry, at 64 blocks, hook javelins are still powerful enough to do this!
