Main feature: colored steel pigvils!

-Can create a black, red, or blue steel carrot out of the corresponding ingots (requires a regular anvil of that tier though)

-Shift right click a regular pigvil with a black steel carrot to feed it. If lucky, your pigvil will upgrade to black steel! Then you can repeat the process for either red or blue steel

-These upgrades don't provide a shortcut to the higher metal tiers like the regular pigvil gives you a shortcut to steel; they are just a way to keep your pigvil usable late-game!

Bug fixes:

-Rope bridges should no longer crash the game when thrown at an entity!

-Rope ladders will be placed correctly in the direction the player is looking if they do not have a solid block to attach to.
