Some major improvements for the hook javelin, it should be a lot nicer to use now!
-Enhanced hook javelin dismount (shift+right click while hanging) so it will attempt to place you on a nearby solid block; makes scaling surfaces with the javelin a lot easier!
-Tweaked rope behavior when standing on the ground. If you walk away from an anchored javelin while on the ground, the internal "rope length" will extend to your distance from the javelin. Before this tweak, the rope length was set when the javelin was anchored, and walking away from the javelin before jumping into the air would result in the player being slingshotted back towards the javelin at light speed!
-Attempted to fix a bug where the player would sometimes fall normally after anchoring a javelin. This behavior happened seemingly randomly making it a PITA to fix. Even now I don't know if it's fixed but let's hope :)
Also added in Russian translations. These were submitted through a PR on the Github from Envel-Nikita-Gutsenkov so thanks for these!
