Optional Skill Shops, Fire Improvements & Crash Fixes

This update adds an optional native learning mode, improves elemental attack visuals and introduces new Fire skill passives, alongside crash fixes.

Optional Shops & Native Learning

• Added administrative commands requiring OP level 2 or the server console:

  • /tensuraevolution admin shop off — disable skill shops and restore native Tensura learning.

  • /tensuraevolution admin shop on — re-enable skill shops.

  • /tensuraevolution admin shop status — check the current mode.

• The setting applies to the entire world, takes effect immediately and persists between restarts.

• With shops disabled, Tensura handles skill acquisition and training using its native requirements and cost checks.

• The custom HUD, inventory, attributes and skill equipment menus remain available.

• Existing SP, learned skills and mastery are preserved. Skills learned natively remain protected when shops are re-enabled.

• Player and companion purchases, free shop Unique claims, shop mastery gifts and refunds are suspended while shops are disabled.

• Other addon balance changes remain active. Shops are enabled by default.

Elemental Visual Improvements

• Reworked Flamethrower with animated Minecraft fire textures, moving flame tongues, flickering, particles and light smoke.

• Improved Water Jet and Gust with moving, separated streams and currents.

• Existing attack range and combat balance are preserved.

Fire Skill Passives

• Fire kills now cook eligible meat and fish using furnace recipes, including supported magical fire attacks.

• Equipping the learned Fire skill in any of the first three slots of the active preset enables automatic ore smelting while mining.

• Supports eligible modded ores and preserves Fortune yields.

• Updated Fire’s English and Portuguese descriptions to explain these effects.

Fixes

• Fixed a crash involving Hinata Sakaguchi’s Dead End Rainbow and spiritual attacks without a damage source.

• Fixed duplicate shop mode network registration that could prevent startup.

Installation: Replace the previous addon JAR on both clients and servers. No new world or configuration reset is required.
