1. Added Multi-Block Crop: Added a new multi-year, multi-block crop: 'Qingyun Bamboo' (Azure Cloud Bamboo).
2. Promotion System Rework: Fixed a design issue with the Promotion system. Building the 'Spirit Plant Refining Furnace' no longer requires Fire Spiritual Power; it now only requires 'Red Spirit Crystals'. Additionally, operating this block entity now only requires 'Spirit Stones'.
3. Random Tick Fix: Fixed random tick issues with 'Gourd' and 'Soul Grass'.

2 修复了晋升的设计问题，现在搭建‘灵植精炼炉’不需要火灵力了，仅需提供‘赤灵结晶’，使用该方块实体也只需要提供‘灵石’
