-You couldn't get Vein Miner or Mining+ enchantments on a pickaxe directly with the enchanting table

-Some enchantments were kept at level 1, so if you increase it's max level value the enchantment won't work

 

- IMPORTANT there was a major bug that was setting a "ghost" enchantment description into any item.
