Further bugfixes and improvements

- Fixed heads jiggling around a bit in compass HUD as they scale

- Fade out compass bar based on the closest player

- Fix issues with teams not clearing after exiting LAN world

- Fix "Request Sent" toast not appearing when sending request to join a team

- Reduced default toast duration to 5s

- Only lower the tab player list HUD when we are sure the compass HUD is showing (instead of just when in a non-empty team)
