Teams

- Many many bugfixes:

  - Transfer GUI will no longer crash client if you have a teammate who is offline

  - Prefix implementation is better now and should no longer be affected by other mods that change how chat is shown

  - Disabling prefix on client and server will no longer cause messages to not appear

  - Changed handling of pinging and chat bubbles to also be more consistent

  - Teams HUD now shows even for long distances / across dimensions

  - Item Transfer similarly works even for long distances / across dimensions

  - Empty team buttons should no longer appear in the GUI

  - Status Overlay should no longer be off by 1 heart

  - Numerous other fixes

- New Feature: Compass HUD

  - Helps you find your nearby teammates
