Major changes to rendering system and spells

Changes:
- Added a custom lightning rendering, no longer uses particle trails
- Water spells no longer use particles or clunky blocks, instead 'water drops' a custom render entity which splashes in contanct with blocks or mobs doing damage
- New sorcery particles

Spell Updates:
- Fixed poison spell
- Updated spectral shot arrows and particles
- Updated Water Torrent with 7 spinning drops
- New water spell! Water Jet
