Added Team Colors and PVP toggle.
Team Colors are any default minecraft team color, activated with `/teamtagger color <color>`
PVP Toggle prevents damage from being dealt to tagged teammates if disabled with `/teamtagger pvp <state>` Defaults to "on"
PVP Toggle is disabled by default as it can be against some servers rules, however if you wish to use it you need to understand that all fault lies to you, the user, to use it only where allowed.
