Added recipes for nuggets, ingots and blocks to make handling more easy.
Next Version: 1.2 - Big update. Expect a lot of missing items and blocks, which are outdated! But in the same time there will be a lot more new ones. This will take some time, but I've finished my thesis so I have more time \o/
