Updated to FargoSoul 1.21.1.3 / Lyra 1.21.1.10.

• Rewrote every soulstone on the new FargoSoul soul API (ValueModifier based stat bonuses, SoulTargetCache targeting, SoulInfoData state).
• Each soulstone now works on its own; Arsenal Power no longer gates their effects and only empowers them.
• Arsenal Power: summons three virtual M249 units that hover above the player and fire along your crosshair. Bullets deal 125% damage and ignore an additional 25% of armor.
• Guided Enchantment: bullets now turn once toward a locked target and draw a particle trail between the bullet and the target.
• Localization (en_us / zh_cn) is now data generated.
• Fixes: bullet gravity suppression, camera recoil pitch/yaw mix-up, and client-only mixins no longer load on dedicated servers.

• 全部魔石迁移到新版 FargoSoul 灵魂 API（ValueModifier 数值加成、SoulTargetCache 索敌、SoulInfoData 状态）。
• 每颗魔石独立生效，弹道之力不再作为前置，仅提供强化。
• 弹道之力：召唤三把悬浮在玩家头顶的虚拟 M249，沿准星协同攻击；子弹伤害 125%，额外无视 25% 护甲。
• 制导魔石：子弹锁定目标后转向一次，并在子弹与目标之间拉出粒子引导线。
• 语言文件（en_us / zh_cn）改为数据生成。
• 修复：子弹重力抑制、视角后坐力俯仰/偏航错位、客户端 mixin 不再在专用服务端加载。
