TACZ Compatibility Update

Fixed

- Fixed bullet origin height when using TACZ guns while prone after dolphin dive

- Bullets now correctly fire from prone position after landing

- Integrated with TACZ's crawl system for proper server-side synchronization

Technical Changes

- Added TACZ network integration to sync crawl state with server

- Crawl state is now sent to TACZ immediately upon landing from dive

- Removed experimental custom networking system (not needed)

Known Limitations

- Bullets fired during the brief airborne portion of the dive may still originate from standing height (this is a very short window and has minimal gameplay impact)
