- added a new jade plugin to show foundry speed modifiers (fuel tank)

- created a dedicated offline documentation mainly to help modpack-makers on required and optional fields inside recipe

Updated/new feature:

- fixed broken guideme recipe id on dryable bricks

- reintroduced guideme structure template (it will be reused on a future Ponder plugin!)

- reworked extractor and macerator secondary output syntax to use the same logic of rock crusher

- reworked item provider and fluid provider recipe to use a more intuitive scheme

- fixed jei when extractor recipe has fluid null

- fixed extractor percentuage can conflict with slots
