Filter out FakePlayers from list of entities that could be damaged (this caused some issues when mod was installed alongside /dank/null, thanks p455w0rd for finding the cause and solution for it). 

Default to destroying grass-like blocks instead of going 'through' them and add config option for it.
Allow vanilla client to connect to server with this mod installed.
