* Fixed crash with latest Optifine

* Improved config layout

+ New fully automatic "targetMode". By default, Swift will automatically adjust your render distance depending on how much higher or lower your framerate is from your set target. The default target is your screen's refresh rate (or 30fps on some known ultra-budget gpus and igpus).

+ New "autoTargetVariance" feature detects when Swift is switching back and forth between two opposite settings and increases the framerate difference tolerance to automatically fix this issue for you.

+ New "targetModePreference" feature allows you to tell Swift on a scale from 1 to 5 how much you care about render distance, with a 5 being "I don't mind less performance for higher render distances", a 1 being "I don't care about render distance, performance is a priority" and a 3 being balanced. 2 and 4 are also options of course. :P

* Misc fixes and changes

For best results, I recommend using Optifine and enabling Fast Render in Options -> Video settings -> Performance. This is optional however and if it causes conflicts or graphical glitches with other mods then turn it off again. If using an AMD gpu, enable Render Regions in the same menu for a nice performance boost. :)
