Adds a second hotbar row to Minecraft, letting you quickly swap item rows or swap individual slots with configurable controls. Includes in-game settings and enable/disable commands. Built for Fabric on Minecraft 26.1.2

New Features
- Number-Key Swapping Toggle
Added an ON/OFF setting to enable or disable double-press number-key swapping (keys 1–9).
When enabled, double-pressing a number key swaps the corresponding slots between the two hotbar rows.
When disabled, number keys work normally without triggering a swap.
The setting is saved in the mod's configuration.
- Hold R to Swap a Single Slot
Tap R: Swaps all nine slots between the two hotbar rows.
Hold R: Swaps only the currently selected hotbar slot with its matching slot in the extra row.
Added a short hold delay to distinguish a quick tap from a held key.
Preserves the existing full-row swap sound effect.
