Fish fillet crafting now produces extra items (fish bones and neptunian pearl)

Neptunian pearl can be melted into neptunium, which can be casted into neptunium ingot.

Neptunium ingots can be welded with black steel and produces neptunian steel ingot, which can be further forged into neptunian armor.

Texture of diamond armor is used as a placeholder for unfinished neptunium armor.
