Makes torches burn out over time. Has support for coal coke (Railcraft, IE, etc.) and TConstruct stone torches.
What's new
- Temporarily changed the in world torch lighting code. This means that you can light a held unlit torch by right clicking a lit torch, but it doesn't always work because Minecraft is weird.
- Doubled default torch burn time. You may have to delete your config file to get the new one.
