The following changes have been made in this version:

1) The Carbon rotor now has a durability of 12 hours of operation;
2) The windmill's operation system has been redesigned to handle obstacles. Now only 8 blocks around and 2 blocks in front block the windmill's operation.
3) When the buffer is full, the windmill shuts down more smoothly;
4) Fixed a bug where the rotor would spin when the game was paused.
