SuperBlocks Mod [FORGE]

- Porting mod to Forge-1.11-13.19.1.2189 (Minecraft 1.11)
- BRK: All styled blocks have been moved to a new mod; they
  are no longer part of Superblocks. (Styled blocks were
  added in the previous Mc1.8.9-2.1 version of mod.) Read
  the 'Styled Blocks' mod's CurseForge page for information.
- ENH: Superblocks have been added for: end stone, magma,
  and bone blocks. Packs have been added for: chorus fruit
  and beet root (bleech). Ludicrous block added for hardened
  clay.
- FIX: Melon superblocks are now unmovable by pistons like
  regular melon blocks.
- TWK: Explosion radius for a saturated lava splonge block
  dropped into water is now 3/4 of a TnT block (basically do
  not stand next to the splonge or you will take damage).
- ENH: Level-4 (Reinforced Fortress) black and brown
  superglass will now block incoming light (opacity) without
  diminishing transparency (visiblity looking in). Nice for
  mob farms around spawners.
- ENH: Walking on a saturated lava splonge block with frost
  walker enchantment (boots), decreases the intensity of
  lava-burn damage done to entity.
- TWEAK: Burn times for dense fuel blocks (like blocks of
  packed blaze-rods or charcoal) activated as 1.11 Forge can
  support these long burning fuel items.
- TWEAK: Burn times of BIG lava buckets adjusted so a single
  big bucket can smelt approximately 1 chest's worth of items.
  Note that all 15 levels of the BIG bucket is used for this
  many items (and each level is still basically 1 lava bucket
  or ~100-120 smelted items).
- NEW: New recipe for 8 smooth stone and burnt lava splonge
  block to create 8 magma blocks.

AVATOR STONE RELATED CHANGES
 
- FIX: Avatar block conversions for some blocks that now are
  their own superblocks. Avatar recipes were out-of-sync.
- BRK: To accomodate the full set of enchantments, some of the
  avatar stone enchantment book recipes have changed and many
  new recipes have been added. Use JEI (or similar mod) for
  details of what's changed.      
- ENH: The avator stone recipe now has a variant that allows
  a packed-ice level-8 superblock instead of an infinite
  bucket o' water, and a magma level-8 superblock instead of
  an infinite bucket o' lava. This makes it possible to create
  avatar stones w/o having to lose such large amounts of iron!
- BRK: For the diamond ludicrous super items, the recipes have
  changed so you need to use an emerald to get fortune/looting
  III (put emerald in the same slot used for the gold ingot
  slot when getting silk-touch).
- BRK: For avatar super tools, you can get EITHER silk touch
  or fortune; not both.
- BRK: The enchantment levels and recipes have been tweaked so
  they produce similar results for both iron and diamond items.
  Use JEI (or similar mod) for details of what's changed.
- ENH: There is now a set of avatar stone recipes for bows.
