Implimented all the features of the original 1.21.11 fabric version over to the Forge modloader.

Added new revamp of creaking perk, now allows more control over other creakings and the ability to summon a companion creaking of your own. This is done by staring at entities giving the entity 2 minutes of the "Creakbound" effect. This effect causes all nearby creakings to target that entity without freezing when looked at. This ability still needs a lot of testing and consideration before bringing it over to the Fabric version of this mod, but unless any concerns are brought up about this ability, it will eventually replace the old resin ability on the Fabric side of the mod in the next edition.
