Fixed a few typos in the guidebook.
Fixed a language issue with Brick blocks.
Fixed several blocks not dropping loot.
Fixed several issues causing console spam.
Fluid Extractors now drain blocks in world when running. They can also drain fluids other than water.
Metal dust is now processed in the Smeltery rather than a furnace.
Multiblock Heaters now emit particles and sound as well as showing a different texture while running.
Multiblock IOs now change inventory name to indicate usage.
Native ores are now tagged as nuggets of their respective metals.
Single block generation made more rare (1/500 rather than 1/200).
