Small polish update focused on making the admin panel cleaner and easier to use.

Added

• New tab navigation with left and right arrows
• New About tab with version and credits
• Version text inside the panel
• Ascension now has its own proper tab flow
• Start / remove ascension toggle
• Player picker for Ascension

Changed

• Moved Start Ascension out of the Morph tab
• Start Ascension now opens a player list directly
• Selecting a normal player starts the ascension animation immediately
• Selecting a player who is already in Ascension removes the Ascension link
• The Ascension player list now marks already ascended players as removable
• Cleaner tab layout so the panel no longer needs multiple tab rows

Fixed / Improved

• Removed the ugly vertical divider from player picker screens
• Reduced UI clutter
• Improved Ascension usability
• Older installed versions are disabled locally to avoid duplicate mod loading
