What's new
1. fixed some blocks breaking themselves like anvil break, now it breaks naturally inside the block.
2. fixed some desync issues of client, and now every block saves its NBT when popped meaning the block status is preserved.
3. fixed explosion crash on chests and inventory blocks, and made explosions more natural.
4. you can create multiblock inside water without removing the water block.
5. added forge block placement and break rules so player cant cheat the game if a place is meant to be safe.
