Ore generation changes:

Changed cluster amount per chunk to cluster frequency.

Old cluster amount will be converted to equivalent frequency value in the config file.

Added cluster size option.

Tweaked default values.
- The amount of clusters per chunk can be determined by the following formula: ROUND(frequency * (max_y - min_y) / 1000)
- Added aluminium equipment.
- Added redstone/glowstone/enderpearl dust bottles.
- Deprecated redstone/glowstone/enderpearl dust buckets.
- Can no longer be crafted and are no longer visible in creative/JEI.
- Dust can be recovered by placing the bucket on a crafting grid.
- Changed Alumina->Aluminium smelting recipe from ingots to nuggets.
