What's new

Stutter Analyzer 0.4.0 for Forge 1.20.4

First full Forge 1.20.4 release build.

This version adds the main Stutter Analyzer features: stutter and freeze detection, tick spike tracking, readable reports, /sa show, /sa preview, /sa submit, /sa privacy, chat alerts, and F3 status support.

I also added /sa optimize, which can scan your modpack, suggest compatible performance mods, and optionally install missing optimization mods into the mods folder.

Reports and commands were cleaned up, English/Russian localization was improved, and a lot of old test/debug command leftovers were removed.
