About it
This mod autodetect builds made in survival or creative automatically without the need of setting corners with structure blocks or similar behaviour, and it can save it in a format compatible with structure blocks. So if this mod isn't updated you can still use your structures saved.
Why this mod exist?
If for some reason you have to restart your world because it corrupted, you want to update to newer versions or you want to test a new biome generation mod. Structures built by you are almost doomed to die with the modded world they are in. This mod helps to mitigate the dissapeareance of such structures. Unlike other structure template mods, this is oriented to the migration of structures from one world/version to another, specially for survival servers.
Where the structures are saved?
They are in the generated folder for each world, like structure blocks do.
Features
- Use the keybind, G by default to access the menu
- You can scan for blocks you have placed near you and it will automatically sets the bounds depending on the distance between them.
- It can filter air, so it fill of voids outside the structure.
- Structures separated by players.
- Automatic scan of structures in the generated folder and remove structure support.
- You can place the structure without material cost 1 time in survival (If you build it before in survival, why getting the materials again?)
- Infinite block size (it may be limited in a future if the performance is an issue)
- Players in survival cannot place structures saved unless an admin gives permission.
TODO
- Vanillify, detect modded blocks and give the options to filter them out to guarantee the migration of structures when the datafixers are on.
