StreetSweeper

CHANGE: StreetSweeper now only removes entities which have the EntityType tag "streetsweeper:sweepable". By default this is only items and XP orbs.

CHANGE: The config spec is changed to include a series of options to allow certain entities to never be swept, whether they have the tag or not. These are keepPets, keepBosses, keepInvulnerables and keepNamed. Names should be self explanatory but more detail is available in the file itself.

If upgrading from the previous version, please be aware of the config change (though as the default behaviour is now less destructive it shouldn't be too problematic)
