Stormcaller Rod

A second rod variant has been added alongside the original, with its own name, look, and crafting recipe.

The combat rod only works when an entity is targeted. If no valid entity is in range, nothing happens.

The combat rod now focuses on nearby fights, choosing the closest valid target within 16 blocks instead of striking distant terrain.

The combat rod delivers a stronger hit than the base rod while avoiding fire ignition, making it a cleaner combat-focused option.

The new rod includes a distinct combat-themed texture, localized name, tooltip text, and recipe support.
