What's new

Fixed a crucial dedicated server bug. (In my defense, I don’t regularly use dedicated servers and just assumed it would work based on my last check. You live and learn... I promise to do better next time! Thanks to MachoCream69)

Fixed a few minor bugs with the runestone menu, the leaderboard, and some localization issues.

Decoupled the actionbar into a standalone mod. (Currently, Stones still requires it as a dependency, but I might change that in the future to make room for other actionbar alternatives.)
