Visual update

• Gem studs: The top and bottom ones sit a little further from the center.
• Items in the sockets: Temporal Grit, Rewind Charges and Diamond Resonators are now centered in their sockets.
• Layout: the dial moved slightly closer to the info plate, and the crown now sits right against it.
• Stasis timer: the plate has a clean two-tone background.
• Added a "Discord Server" link to the mod's page in Mod Menu.
