- Fixed solar panels not being properly synchronized with their local day and night cycle.

- Finally fixed an issue where custom dimensions would all follow the same world generation seed. Each dimension's seed (except for the overworld) is now assigned an offset derived from it's string name.

- Slightly improved the density and vibrance of stars.

- Trimmed unnecessary code in a few Java classes.
