What's new
Initial port, requires Ars 5.2 to work as intended.
Adds the new build & mine starbies as well, with the miner's hat and the builder's hat the starbies can be instructed to place or mine blocks in a certain position.
Do not worry for claims as unlike turret they will remember who gave them the hat and use their id for permissions. You can also give a pickaxe to the miner starby to use.
Fixes to allow all accessories to be used just as cosmetics if shift-used on the starby
