Stamina and Endurance 1.0.0

Stamina and Endurance has been separated from Iron and Blood into its own standalone mod.

  • Moved the complete stamina system out of Iron and Blood.

  • Includes exertion, fatigue, recovery, movement costs, combat costs, and equipment weight.

  • Keeps optional compatibility with Iron and Blood, Parry and Riposte, Epic Fight, and supported mods.

  • Can now be used independently without requiring Iron and Blood.

  • Existing worlds and configurations remain compatible through the original endurance_and_stamina mod ID.
