What's new
Squishlings 1.1.0 - Water Bucket Bloat & Leak
NEW
- Splash your tamed Squishling with a water bucket! Right-click it with a
vanilla water bucket (main hand or off-hand) and watch it:
1. Bloat up like a little water balloon, its jelly turning a watery blue
2. Spring six tiny leaks and spray water out of both sides while it
wobbles and shrinks back down, with fizzing and bubbling sounds
3. Squish back to normal with a happy squeak - and be Happy afterwards
(just like after a snack, but it doesn't heal)
- The bucket comes back empty (in creative it stays full).
- Each Squishling needs 10 seconds before it will take another bucket.
- Only works on your own tamed Squishlings.
- Purely for fun: no water is placed, nothing is put out, and it changes
nothing else in the game.
NEW SETTINGS
- config/squishlings-common.toml, new [waterBloat] section:
enabled - turn the feature on or off (default: true)
cooldownSeconds - wait between buckets (default: 10)
bloatSeconds, leakSeconds, squishSeconds - how long each part lasts
(defaults: 1, 4 and 1 seconds)
- config/squishlings-client.toml:
waterParticlePercent - how much water sprays out (100 = normal, 0 = none)
SMALL CHANGE
- With the feature on, right-clicking your Squishling with an EMPTY main
hand and a water bucket in your OFF-HAND now uses the bucket instead of
changing its Follow/Sit/Wander mode.
COMPATIBILITY
- Safe to update: existing worlds, tamed Squishlings, carried Squishlings
and your config files are kept exactly as they were. New settings are
added to your config files automatically.
- Still Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47+, GeckoLib 4.8.3+. Install on both the
client and the server.
