Added support for Terralith birch taiga for fallen birch tree.
Changed elephant to use peanut tag to support other mods peanuts such as croptopia.
Added world generation config for sprouts.
Changed sprouts spawn chance to be inline with grass.
Made it so Dune Grass and Sprouts to randomly move in the x and y directions.
Made it so Dune Grass and Sprouts have a proper selection box.
Fixed tall dead bushes not being able to be planted on all sands.
