Fixed item duplication glitches from cultivator in 2.0.0, also fixed the block entites not being deleted and added new textures for when the generators in the cultivator and organic generator are disabled in the config.
Additionally I added the Eye Pain effect to the game but its not ready to be applied to the player yet, feel free to test it with cheats if you would like but I can not guarantee that you game will not crash.
