Fixed the easy debuff of incubator
now deals only 25% of hp as damage but it stacks for each level above 10
so if you have level 12 and get this debuff stack +5 your new level is 17
the damage done to you will be 17-10 = 7 * 25% = 175% of your hp as damage.
the griefer explosion is now able to stack +5 levels of this debuff.
