Dimensionforged Update!

[+] Fixed several textures that were not 16x16
[+] Redid aluminum, copper, and steel textures (modified blocks slightly)
[+] Added Dimensionforged material
[+] Fences are crafted with five ingots in a plus sign in the crafting grid
[+] Fence gates are crafted with four ingots, two on each side, with redstone in middle, e.g:

[+] Tons of new abilities!
    - Spirited dart gun has a punch effect, Spirited Armor gives respiration
    - Charred Lead Sword gives poison, Charred Lead Armor gives poison immunity
    - Amethyst Sword gives slowness, Amethyst Armor gives speed
    - Magma Spirited sword sets mobs on fire, Magma Spirited armor gives fire resistance
    - Iridite sword gives blindness, Iridite Armor gives night vision
    - Lilithite Armor gives jump boost, Lilithite sword gives nausea
    - Telenium Sword gives weakness, Telenium Armor gives strength
    - Ender Spirit Armor gives resistance, Ender Spirit Sword gives wither
    - Dimensionforged Armor & Sword are combination of Spirited, Magma Spirited, and Ender Spirit
