Tweaked Obsidian Dungeon

Added Config file, located in config folder in .minecraft; go to https://github.com/Spencerio1/Spencerios-Mod-Mod, click on the "wiki" tab on the right, and go to Using the Configuration File for more info

Added Creative Tabs for the different blocks and items in the mod

Though everything is in this version, it could possibly be buggy and may have problems. Because of the way Forge works in 1.7.2, the tools and armor in their respective creative tabs aren't arranged in tool/armor sets, but are in a random order.
