Changed to use the new grindstone system used in spelunkery 3.11.

Unfortunately, the new system does not allow for optional compat with Healing Pretty Good so that aspect has been removed. if you want that aspect still reach out and I can give you the files needed to override it, the issue lies in making it not break when Healing Pretty Good is not installed.
