Spellranks - LOTM x Iron's Spells Addon

Main Changes:

• Law of Mage Core Indestructibility:
  • Mage Cores are now completely invulnerable and cannot despawn. Signified by glow around the item when dropped.
• Law of Mage Core Convergence:
  • Loot drops that are required for Mage Core recipes will be altered depending on whether the Player who killed the entity is of the corresponding Path and has the appropriate Rank.
  • This means Players following their Path will have an easier time obtaining the items they require. No longer relies on RNG of loot drops.
    • Players trying to get items of other Paths will be subject to default loot drop rates of base mods - there are no penalties.
• Changed Mage Core Recipes’ main ingredients upon creation of Law of Convergence:
  • Rank 1 Mage Core - Envoy of Echoes: Totem of Undying + Grimoire of Evokation
    • No longer has different recipes for Illage and Spell-age (IAS) compatibility.
  • Rank 0 Mage Core - Aether:
    • Without IAS: Spectralwind Boots + Ring of Invisibility
    • With IAS: Spectralwind Boots + Magispeller’s Legacy

• Divine Soulshards are now a trade from the Priest (from ISS). However, this is only available for Players who have:
  • The Hero of the Village status effect.
  • The Evocation AND/OR Holy Path at Rank 1, 0. Following the Law of Convergence.
• Sea Staff is now a guaranteed barter from the Deep One Mage. However, this guarantee is only for Players who are of the Aqua Path and Rank 2, 1, or 0. Following the Law of Convergence.
• For Alshanex’s Familiars addon:
  • Call the Shadows (level 4) spell scroll can now be dropped from a tamed Summoner Familiar by right-clicking the familiar with an Epic Ink. However, this feature is only for Players who are of the Blood and/or Summoner Path and Rank 1 or 0. Following the Law of Convergence.
  • Serenade (level 1) spell scroll can now be dropped from a tamed Bard Familiar by right-clicking the familiar with a Legendary Ink. However, this feature is only for Players who are of the Sound Path and Rank 0. Following the Law of Convergence.
• Renamed Boots of Speed into Spectralwind Boots.
• Modified Infernal Sorcerer Chestplate to also give 10% Fire Spell Power (original value of Pyromancer Robe used as crafting material).
• Modified Lightbringer Chestplate to also give 10% Holy Spell Power (original value of Priest Robes used as crafting material).
• Modified Spectralwing Boots (previously Boots of Speed) to also give 10% Evocation Spell Power (original value of Archevoker Boots used as crafting material).
• Amethyst Crab will now spawn in Amethyst Geodes but only once upon generation (similar to Piglin Brutes in Bastion Remnants).
• Thorns of Oblivion recipe has been changed so it’s now performed in the Arcane Anvil instead of the Mechanical Fusion Anvil, which is more in-line with the Nature Path’s progression.

Small Patches:

• Fixed GTBC’s Geomancy Plus’ rewriting of Earthquake and Stomp Paths not be registered in FTB Quests properly.
• Raise Hell removed from the list of spells required for mastery as it’s a weapon-only spell.
• Fixed issue of hotkey casting not working from imbued items/curio.
• Removed Spellbound Book from Item Obliterator listing as it was creating a visual bug after killing Spiritcaller.
  • Requires deleting item obliterator config file if you want to actualize the change (or just delete spellbounds item yourself).
