-Added server support
-Spelling Table recipe can use any non-special rune or alphabet rune.
-Language runes require renaming to a locale code to target a specific language. Can only obtain vanilla items with it for now.
-Buffed the binary rune to allow sets of sequential characters. For example, using 1 and 0, 2 and 1, 3 and 2, B and A, C and B, D and C, etc.
-Categorized config, and added new options for runes from loot, max superstacks, villager profession, and mod blacklist. Will add config translations in the future.
-Renamed villager to Runologist
