Bug Fixes

- Fixed BOP spells not working if bop_hot_spring_tweak is set to false && bop_integration config

- Quark-related mixins won't load if quark_integration is set to false

Features

- If Quark is installed, Flaming Weapon, Freezing Weapon, Frost Axe and Flaming Axe spells are colored accordingly. (Also applies to all other spells extending SpellConjuration.java, dynamically per element)
