Added 2 new mob rarites

Uncommon: Slighly rarer version of common mobs

Shiny: Extremly rare rarity that grants the mob a large health increase and makes them drop 5x experience, they are easily visable as they have a sparkly glow around them


Greatly improved mob rarity handling methods


Added new commands to allow spawning a mob with a specified rarity using /additions summon <entity> <rarity>

 

Added a new config option to allow mobs with rarities to have that said rarity infront of their display name when spawned (disabled by default)

Mob random hp (mob rarity) is now enabled by default
